The Woman Within® Training provides a safe and nurturing environment for you to explore how your life could be different and to reaffirm your wholeness as a woman. Since 1988, thousands of women from more than 20 countries have chosen to experience this powerful transformational weekend.

How can one weekend possibly change your life?

For some, it is the opportunity to be heard as they discover their voice and speak their truth. For others, it is having the space and time to experience intense emotions without judgment. Still for others, it is the rare experience of compassion and strength created by women coming together to witness, accept, empower and honor themselves.
 

The Woman Within® Training Weekend opens the door to lifelong exploration and connection through regional Woman Within® International chapters around the world. Circles of Women South Central, based in Houston, is the network chapter for the southern central United States. Other regional chapters include the East Coast Sage Circle, Woman To Woman Midwest, Women Worldwide West Coast and Transitions Europe. 

 

Each member of the Woman Within® community has walked the same path by experiencing the training herself. We are women of all ages and cultural backgrounds, from age 18 to 80 and beyond. We are grandmothers, mothers, sisters, daughters, partners and friends, from many different professions and walks of life. Each of us has stood where you are now... wondering.
