Cancel My Weekend Registration
Please read the cancellation policy below:
Circles of Women South Central will refund your paid fee (less a $250 non-refundable deposit) if we receive your cancellation notice in writing no less than 30 working days prior to the first day of the training for which you have paid. Otherwise, you may transfer your deposit to another Woman Within® Training sponsored by Circles of Women South Central within a 12 month period from the date of your cancellation. No deposits or fees will be transferred to any other region in the United States or Europe.

If your paperwork and payment in full is not received in our offices by the date specified in your packet, you will be dropped from this training and your space will be given to another woman on our waitlist. Your payment will not be refunded. However, it can be transferred to another Woman Within® Training sponsored by Circles of Women South Central within a 12-month period from the first day of the month of this training.
Absolutely no refunds or transfers will be given once you have arrived and registered at the training weekend. Should you decide to leave the weekend for any reason and at any time prior to the final session on Sunday, you will forfeit your entire registration fee of $685.00.
