Woman Within Training Weekend

Event Description

 
Your nonrefundable $250.00 deposit made payable to Circles of Women South Central reserves your space for the weekend.  The balance of your tuition is due 30 days prior to the weekend you are attending.

Once we receive your deposit we will send you an acknowledgement of your confirmation.   If for any reason you do not receive confirmation, please contact our office to ensure that your deposit was received.
 
Approximately 5 weeks prior to the training weekend you are scheduled to attend, please expect to receive a packet from us via e-mail.  We will need you to process and return this packet to us within 10 days.  Upon receipt of this packet of information and about 7-10 days prior to the training weekend we will send you a map to the retreat facility along with a roster of participants and carpooling information.

Woman Within Training Weekend Cancellation Policy

Circles of Women South Central will refund your paid fee (less a $250 non-refundable deposit) if we receive your cancellation notice in writing no less than 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the training for which you have paid.  Otherwise, you may transfer your deposit to another Woman Within Training Weekend sponsored by Circles of Women South Central within a 12-month period from the date of your cancellation.  No deposits or fees will be transferred to any other region in the United States or Europe.
 
If your paperwork and payment in full is not received in our offices by the date specified in your packet, you will be dropped from this training and your space will be given to another woman on our waitlist.  Your payment will not be refunded.  However, it can be transferred to another Woman Within Training Weekend sponsored by Circles of Women South Central within a 12-month period from the fir day of the month of this training.
 
Absolutely no refunds or transfers will be given once you have registered for and arrived at the training weekend.  Should you decide to leave the weekend for any reason and at any time prior to the final session on Sunday, you will forfeit your entire registration fee of $685.00.
